Our BI Support Packages

8 hours per month

For clients who require limited support capacity but prefer a standard SLA governed support package for their implemented BI Solution. Ideal for 10 or less report users with up to 7 different reports.

pro

16 hours per month

Ideal for clients with 5 to 15 different reports used by 10 to 20 users that depend on the reports for decision making and actionable insights.

premium

24 hours per month

BI Support Premium is for clients that require support with complex BI solutions dependent on multiple source systems, data pipelines and/or visualisation reports. Typically between 10 and 25 different reports consumed by 15 to 30 users that rely on the reports for daily decisions and actionable insights.

enterprise

32 hours per month

BI Support Enterprise is for larger clients that require support for complex data warehouse and visualisation solutions with multiple data pipelines, source system integration points and reports. Support is required for 20 to 50 users across multiple business units relying on 15 to 30 different reports for daily decision making.
