Responsibilities:
- Managing project delivery – ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and quality
- Initiation, planning, execution, control, monitoring and close-out procedures
- Managing a team of individuals (with different skill sets) and ensuring delivery in all aspects
- Communication to project stakeholders in various forums
- Managing project stakeholders and their expectations
- Addressing risks and issues that put project delivery at risk

Requirements:
- Project Management: Scope and Quality
- Project Management: Budget (Forecasting, tracking and scenario planning)
- Project Management: Risks and Issue Management
- Project Management: detailed planning of tasks and dependencies to complete project plan
- Project Management: Implementing and using Project Management tools on the project (MS Projects, Monday.com, Clarizen, etc.)
- Integrating with a larger project team/program to ensure the successful delivery of the program
- Tertiary degree, diploma or certificate in a related field (IT, Engineering or Project Management)
- 3 – 7 Years’ working experience in roles such as a Project Manager in the IT Industry
- Experience in the mining and petrochemical industry
- Implement project governance and the maintenance thereof
- SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) experience
- Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
